Hejira specializes in World Rhythms such as; Beledi, Ayub, Zaar, Cheftitelli, Turkish 9/8, Bulgarian 7/4, Persian 6/8, Brazilian, etc. A Middle Eastern dance troupe also regularly perform with us. They welcome all area belly dancers to join us in 'open dance'. Drummers are encouraged to join in, as well.
